These Terms govern your access to and usage of SmartDCM, Smart31, SmartRMI, LeadGER, and any services provided by Ametecs India Private Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform or submitting a demo request, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

SmartDCM provides CRM, GSM cloud telephony (Smart31), AI compliance analytics (SmartRMI), dashboards, user management, and communication tools.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use services for legal BFSI operations only.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, TRAI, DoT regulations.
• Prevent harassment or abusive calls.
• Protect login credentials and data access.
• Provide accurate information.

4. Telecom Disclaimer

SmartDCM relies on GSM operator networks. Call connectivity, call quality, and SPAM tagging are subject to telecom ecosystem factors.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Taxes apply. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

6. Data Ownership

Clients own their data. Ametecs processes it only as per service contract.

7. Compliance

Clients must follow RBI and telecom regulations. Ametecs is not responsible for misuse by agents or staff.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to 1 month of paid subscription fees.

9. Termination

Ametecs may terminate service in case of misuse, non-payment, or regulatory violations.
