1. No Refund After Activation
Refunds are not applicable once:
- User licenses are activated
- Channels are assigned
- SPAM-Free numbers are allocated
- SmartRMI compliance is activated
- Demo/Training is delivered
2. Advance Payments
All payments are prepaid and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation for the
next billing cycle only.
4. SPAM Number Replacement
Smart31 provides compliant replacement of flagged numbers but this does
not qualify as a refund situation.
5. Telecom/Force Majeure
No refund shall be issued for disruptions caused by:
- Telecom outages
- Internet outages
- DDoS or cyberattacks
- Government-imposed telecom restrictions
